Woodland Studio
The Studio is situated in The Hidden Bridgefield overlooking the site. Walking/cycling distance from Castlemartyr. The main room is bright, in touch with nature and has 85 square metres of floor space with wooden floors, large windows.

Experience the cleansing and revitalizing benefits of our sauna sessions. Step into our sauna and let the gentle heat melt away tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Our sauna is meticulously designed to promote relaxation and enhance overall well-being, offering a rejuvenating escape from the demands of modern living. Our sauna can accommodate 12 people at a time.
Cold Plunge Pool
Indulge in the rejuvenating effects of our refreshing cold plunge pool supplied by the Dower River which flows out from a cave 50 metres upstream.
